Julie Crosby
Julie Crosby is the founder of Cromono International and the company’s primary creative and strategic force. Her work spans independent film, theater production and artistic leadership, shaped by decades of producing and guiding projects across changing industry landscapes. A former Producing Artistic Director of WP Theater, Crosby brings a long-view approach to storytelling, distribution and career sustainability. She holds a Ph.D. from Columbia University.

Philippe Mongay is a producer and international presenter specializing in live entertainment and touring productions. A partner at Cromono International, he brings over thirty years of experience developing, managing, and presenting theatrical work for global audiences. His work reflects deep expertise in international markets, production logistics and long-term project strategy.

David Youse is a producer and arts advocate working across independent film, theater and non-profit arts leadership. At Cromono International, he brings a performer’s perspective to his producing work, shaped by his background as an actor and as founding Executive Director of the Palm Springs Young Playwrights Festival. His work emphasizes collaboration, mentorship and artist-driven storytelling.

At Cromono International, he leads the company’s Taipei operations and provides strategic guidance across booking, talent management, and international partnerships. Multilingual and fluent in French, English, and Chinese, he works at the intersection of creative development and cross-cultural collaboration.
